Website information
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but content is general information and may change. It is not a substitute for an inspection, electrical diagnosis, formal quote or professional advice relating to a specific property.
Do not attempt electrical work solely because of information on this website. Electrical faults may present a risk of fire, electric shock or injury. In an emergency, isolate power only if it is safe to do so and contact an appropriately qualified professional or the emergency services as circumstances require.
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Enquiries, response times and quotes
Submitting the callback form, calling, emailing or sending a WhatsApp message is a request for contact and does not by itself create a contract or guarantee attendance at a particular time. Statements about response or arrival times are estimates and may be affected by location, traffic, demand, staff availability, site access and the nature of the work.
A quote or price is binding only when Voltixx confirms the scope and price and both parties agree to proceed. Additional work, hidden defects, unsafe conditions or changes requested after work begins may require a revised quote or further approval.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, fault, access and any known hazards. Uploaded photographs are for preliminary assessment and cannot replace an on-site inspection.

Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, or use automated tools to overload forms or systems.
When uploading images or submitting text, you must have the right to provide that material. Content must be relevant to the enquiry and must not infringe another person’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights. We may remove submissions or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or service protection.

The website design, Voltixx branding, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to Voltixx Electrical LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
